I'm looking for someone to take over the lease on my loft apartment in Richmond. I'd guess it's 90 square metres. It's on Church street, on the Chapel st tram line, 5 minutes walk from Victoria and Bridge Street lines, 10 minute work from Vic Gardens, 5 Min walk to Coles (3 minute walk to beer shop).
