Dear all, I feel I am over the moon.......... :jiggy:

We got our grant finally today.

I thank every one in this forum for beinbg a light to us during the dark period spent without any information from the time of application. It was a great stress relief to know the current status of visa processing.

Thank you all very much once again and special thanks to Connie for the wonderful work enlighting and benefitting many people who needed advice.

Hello JoeyCT,

Once you submit your application, you will find the status saying "Processing has commenced".

You can consider that you have a CO if you experience one of the following:

1- if you start finding your documents checklist marked as "Met".

2- if you send a PLE (Post Lodgment Enquiry) and you get a reply saying that your enquiry is forwarded to your CO.

3- if your CO sends you asking for additional requirements.

Are you family or state sponsored?

Hi there,

Many thanks! We are state sponsored.

Jo

You should get a CO within 2 weeks after your state confirms the sponsorship. Your state should send form 1100 to DIAC after you inform the state about your TRN.

Did you get the acknowledgement from your state?

Well Jo, it has been more than 2 weeks.

The message which you received after sending your PLE is an automatic reply. It indicates nothing.

I believe you will receive a reply saying that your enquiry is forwarded to your allocated case officer. If you don't get this reply, you should make sure that DIAC received form 1100.

Good luck mate.

Hello Rex,

I sent an enquiry to HOC after one week of the delivery date. And I asked about a timeframe. They said, send us after two weeks to provide you with more information. Then 2 weeks later, they said there is a delay but it will get finalised shortly. The week next to that they replied to me "MEDs finalised".

5 weeks in total. But I couldn't know whether it was referred.

I assume it didn't get referred. Because the panel doctor told me that I have perfectly good health. He didn't highlight any remarks. "same thing for my OH".

I believe you can send them an enquiry on 25th and ask Ms. Jennifer about a timeframe to allow before you ask them again.

Good luck mate :cute:
