Pregnant on a 121

Hi everyone, we submited our application for a 121 on the 3rd of August 10. We used a migration agent for the entire process and we had a lot of ups and downs along the way. Anyway with the result she misguided us in asking to have our meds done before the lodgement and now we're having another baby (we are thrilled).

Our dilema is that she is now saying we will have to inform DIAC straight away and that we are all going to have to redo our meds when the baby is born, this will be expensive as there will be five of us and will this mean our visa will go to the bottom of the pile and get picked up again after the baby is born. Confused!!!

Any help greatly apprecipated and thanks in advance.

Hi Sparkylm

Sorry can't help. Was pregnant on a 175 way after the meds were done and didn't have to redo.

But just wanted to say congratulations on your pregnancy :smile:and hope you get an answer to your question.

You don't need to tell DIAC about a pregnancy and if your medicals are still under 12 months old by the time the CO comes to look at them, I see no reason why you would need to repeat them.

Not sure if you are the male or female partner in this relationship, just wondering who is main applicant?

Hi Pumpkin,

Thanks for reply.

My husband is the main applicant, problem with meds is we want to stay till baby is born and and then travel out shortly afterwards. Due in mid april, meds run out end of april not enough time to add the baby and get visa. Estimating our time-frame at 7 months we would be due a decision in march will case officer deffer decision until birth ? Any suggestions ?
