I have heard that it is difficult to get a rental as there is usually so many people trying for the same property ?? I was just wondering if there is any paperwork I can bring from the UK to help in our favour, bank statements etc etc ....... calNgary Posted July 13, 2007 Share Posted July 13, 2007 Hiya ,,when applying for our rental ,we provided a copy of a healthy bank statemnt with the account number crossed out,a refernce from hubbys boss saying we were of good character,a refernec from a holiday let we used to use sometimes saying it was always kept well and paid for etc ,think you also neede a copy of drivin licence (uk or Oz),and visa page in passport ,the estate agent said the more you submit the better chance you have of getting passed ,,hope this helps a bit , Cal x Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
