masketiar Posted June 20, 2010 Share Posted June 20, 2010 Hi there, One of my friends informed me that her agent attended a seminar arranged by South Australia migration office 2 weeks before regarding SMP. There were a lot of discussions but below point makes me worried which is alarming: “South Australia's previously approved state sponsorship applicants may need to reapply before they are approved under the new State Migration Plan ".... Not sure what’s going on.... If any migration expert can clear or confirm the above point. ............................................................................................ Guest Jane1991 Posted June 20, 2010 Share Posted June 20, 2010 If thats what presentation says then the occupations may have strings attached like age IELTS etc. and only limited places which would mean people would re-apply and those who meet new criteria get the SMP status and those who are not selected languish behind Do you have the pdf of presentation or link maybe ? I had sent my docs but since I had not lodged a visa with DIAC my application is on hold. Do I need to reapply and resend my docs too?
