fleabo
No idea. Do it yourself - sweat onion (sliced and diced), add and fry some chopped bacon and sliced mushrooms. Once fried add a couple of tablespoons of soft cheese, a bit of milk, season, and bubble for while. Pour (or mix) with your cooked pasta. Use pancetta instead of bason if you want it posh. Cheers. Hi fleabo I agree. However, before anyone gets the idea that I am some sort of super-chef, I mucked up beef stroganoff not long ago. I forgot to get any wine, cider or anything else to loosen up the mix. I just completely forgot the recipe. When I tipped the soured cream in, I thought, "This is all a bit thick. I wonder why?" The penny then dropped! Cheers Gill
