WA SS Form Question

I am just composing the answers to complete the WA state sponsorship form and was wondering whether there is anyone who has been refused SS due to the answers that had been submitted? ie, not producing good enough reasons for choosing the region and research done, etc.

 

Obviously, if the financial status isn't sufficient, then I could understand a refusal.

 

Just thinking aloud as whether I'm worrying / spending too much time on this part.

 

Also when you upload your certification for the application, is it a copy of the TRA letter or the AQF III certificate? I have only got the letter from the tracking website and was wondering whether you get anything extra when you receive the original in the mail.
