However I am having a few health problems at the present time (caused by the stress of applying I'm sure!!) and am due to go and have a MRI scan in about a months time. Do I have to disclose this information on my form or as its not yet confirmed whether or not I have a problem it isn't classed as a pre-excisting condition so therefore they need not know?
