Guest AndyandYvonneD Posted April 9, 2010 Share Posted April 9, 2010 What i meant was that Emma asked for the cost of living here with a family of 5 meaning 3 kids so the difference of living here with children is different to living here without, I did not mean anything wrong by it, but the cost difference can be huge with kids that is all, i do apologise if I have upset you it was not meant. A positive Brisbane/Queensland Thread could also be just as useful. I do realise that there is also a Poms in Brisbane Site. Guest guest36187 Posted April 9, 2010 Share Posted April 9, 2010 Hi my name is Emma and i'm new on here, i was wondering if any one can give me any help with the cost of living in oz,we are in the process of getting our visa still a long way off yet, but i would like a rough guide on how much it would cost to keep a family of 5 in the Brisbane area like rent,utilty bills, food, and tax on ur wages and i've been told that you get charged to get your money out of the bank is that true ?
