How long did it take from your furniture leaving your home to its arrival in your Aussi home? Also if worst case senario something was broken, did you have a leg to stand on to claim damages, or did you have to get your own insurance (that way the removal company can throw things in willy nilly) At least if they cover it then you know it will be pack correctly. Guest Laura G Posted March 20, 2010 Share Posted March 20, 2010 Hi, I used a company called PSS They pick up on March 1st back in 2006 and it was delivered to my rental home in OZ on May 10th 2006 Nothing broken, no problems with Customs from Brisbane everything was a smooth process. All packing was performed by PSS and the company that delivered the Furniture to me asked me what rooms to put boxes in etc and did I want them to unpack and remove the rubbish.
