Very easy as long as you do not reside in a non regional area, live in a regional area or areas for a total of at least 2 years and have worked work full-time (35 hours per week minimum - can add hours together for 2 part-time jobs held the same time) for at least 12 months. Australian Police clearance required with application, generally no new health clearances required.

See the guidelines from immi web site.

"There is no restriction on the type of work that you may undertake. You could work for an employer or yourself. The only restriction is that the employment must be both of the following:"

  • full time

  • undertaken in a Specified Regional Area in Australia.
