SA have provided us with the on arrival accommodation which is fully furnished for 3 months. rent to be $250 a week. Do you think this amount would be ok to take with us? I think people have arrived with that amount before and survived, but it's not going to be easy if you don't have jobs. Just on rent, $3000 is going to disappear immediately, then you have food and either the expense of buying a car, or money for public transport.
