Guest EM&M Posted May 15, 2007 Share Posted May 15, 2007 Hello All, Most of u know Im going to Oz via my OH getting a 457 visa. I know that I can work whilst there but I am wondering if anyone knows about studying. Would I still be classed as an oversea student, would I need a seperate visa to study. I am looking at the possibility of doing this as a back up incase we are unable to get PR via OH as he will be (40) in 2010 and will loose points. We hope that it will be ok just nothings ever that easy! Dont want to have to come home...................Im worrying about it already!
