hedgehog
Coming to oz in june or july and I am looking to buy a new car, here in the uk its not unusual to get 5 to 20% off the RRP what can I expect from oz dealers or brokers? For instance a subaru wrx rrp= £20,000 but from a broker they can be had for about £15,000. oz rrp= $40,000 so I would like to hope this car would cost somewhere about $30 to $35k from a broker or a good dealer. Am I been too optimistic?
Guest Tim
Subaru WRX's are nice cars but..a small car in Oz is about a 2 litre engine. You have the Holden SS, Ford Falcons and a load of other which are equally as powerful. Getting back to you point - Car dealers are the same the world over - flash the cash and there is always a deal to be done!
