Guest hamo Posted February 1, 2009 Share Posted February 1, 2009 Hi Folks As a family we are off on a trip around Australia in April for 6 mths and are looking to rent our home out while we are gone. It would be a 6 mth lease with the usual bonds/paperwork etc. The house is: - a big 4 x 2 with great living areas - huge main bedroom with bath in ensuite. - air con and heating - very cool in summer and warm in winter - beautiful gardens - spacious and well laid out - 2 mins from the beach If you're interested then drop me an email (hamo@brightontown.com.au) and we can send some pics or give more info. We are looking at $550.00/week over that period (with a little bit of flex in price). ie if you want to look after our dog it will be cheaper! If you would like to use one of our cars then we can negotiate on that too. Basically we will pack up our stuff into one room of the house and leave the rest to live in.
