kernow43
How far does your suburb go in decorating their house exteriors? Maybe you have some photos! Brisbane Radio 4 kq has a competition for the best. Is it the same in other states?
Jo&Rich
There are some brilliant ones near us, although some are possibly verging on the tacky side, if possible at christmas! My camera is too rubbish to take good photos, despite trying; love to see others though. Jo :emoticon-signxmas:

Jo :emoticon-signxmas: In Brisbane I know that Bracken Ridge & The Gap go the whole hog with lights. I can't speak for the other side of Brisbane
Guest WARDStoOZ
I'm glad to see that they're very much into the Christmas lights over in Oz! Dan :emoticon-signxmas:
Guest treesea
In Melbourne, the best show is The Boulevard, in Ivanhoe. Definitely a wow factor. Croydon Hills and parts of Lilydale, up around Lakeview Drive and ********* Way are pretty neat too. Later addition: Not sure why the street name for the second street in Lilydale that I remember has been asterisked out. Not by me. "Brit*nnia Way" is just the name of a street there.
