Guest yvetteb1 Posted December 8, 2008 Share Posted December 8, 2008 We have insured our car fully comp here in Oz, now we are getting letters from other insurers saying out greenslip is due for renewal? Do we not get the CTP in with our fully comp ins or do we have to get this seperate, i don'y even know if we did get a green slip when we bought the car 6 months ago?!?! HELP?! calNgary Posted December 9, 2008 Share Posted December 9, 2008 You will need ctp as well as your fully comp , ctp is compulsary and if this lapses you will lose your registration number and have to have the car inspected to be issued another number, fully comp cover is optinol, i hope this helps. Guest John Sydney Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 I would say your car registration is about to run out - The Insurance company which orginally insured the car before you bought it has sent the letter to you. You do not have to use them get a quote from the company that already handles your comprehensive Insurance But before you renew your rego you will need to buy 3rd party insurance plus have the car inspected "pink slip" it will say if you need a pink slip on your rego notice Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
