hi guys, i posted a couple of weeks ago to ask for advice on changing my flight booking, my fiance and i are due to fly to Perth on the first of Feb with Singapore and we are flying on the 747 and not the new plane,if we wanted to change it would cost us £50 each, I'm just wondering what the entertainment is like on 747? do they still have a choice of films to watch etc, sorry I'm just a bit of a panicky flyer and like to have something to watch to take my mind of it, any information is greatly appreciated, thanks

All depends on which 747 you get on but for the last 5 years or so, I havent been on a long haul 747 which hasnt had a decent range of movies, games, music on offer. I think you will be just fine, plenty to choose from and you will probably be asleep half the time anyway and not bother with the movies at all. Take along an mp3 with some music/audiobooks just in case you cant find a movie amongst the 100 on offer and maybe a real life book and you wont have a problem.
