Guest hilltop Posted February 12, 2007 Share Posted February 12, 2007 Hi I have been looking at jobs/career sites & papers on the net, just keeping my eye on the ball so to speak for when we move over to Oz, to see whats available, where etc., the only thing is i cannot find jobs for Gas engineers, can anyone tell me what the Aussis call Gas fitters? i have looked at tradesman, Machanical engineers, & others but none mention anything about Gas, fixing fires, ovens etc., i am proberley looking in entirely the wrong place!!! what do Gas fitters look under when looking for job prospects? please help Cheers Hilltop Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My hubby's a plumber/gas fitter (corgi registered) and like you we have browsing sites looking for work. Gas fitter does come up quite a bit, so maybe try looking under the "Plumber" section!!!!
