SarahJane690
Hi - i have a question - i need to send money to uk every month (to pay off an outstanding debt and my student loan) and i heard i would have to pay tax on this. Is this true? Can i just set up a monthly transfer from my Oz account to my uk one? If someone has some answers to this Q i will be most grateful.:wubclub: Sj

Guest grottypots
Hi, I did some research re my own inquiry about receiving regular deposits, and HIFX exchange rate equated to a figure of $1386 and then working with a regular banks conversion calculator it equalled $1447 for the same 580 pounds. This means that although HIFX don't charge fees they are built into the conversion and it worked out pretty similar to a standard bank after fees were taken into account.
