My husband works and I am at home with a 3 year old boy who is very active and we are both feeling a bit bored and lonely. I would love to meet with other mums with children in the area (I don't have a car but can take a train or bus to meet up). I don't normally do this but am desperate to meet other people. We are moving from Berwick down to the Peninsula very shortly but a meet up in your area could be difficult. But as already mentioned there is a meet up this Saturday, 11 October. Bring a BBQ or Picnic & make sure you have sunscreen & plenty of water for the wee yins. I'll be there around midday & will put up an Aussie flag so everyone knows where we are. Guest julesey Posted October 25, 2008 Share Posted October 25, 2008 Box Hill is good but the shopping centre charges a rip off one dollar parking fee ( rare in OZ) but Doncaster has fab new shopping centre.
