Guest Porter 5
Hello all, Does anyone know how we can get our CO direct email address, We only seem to be getting automated email responses from immi. We do not know if he has received any of our emails we have sent to the immi system. Do they ever contact you at all ? or is it that they work in the background and when it is finished they let you know. It seems strange we have a CO who has never contacted us direct. We were unable to get our meds done by the requested date due to a email server problem (mentioned in an other thread). We have booked med now for next week, and sent emails to immi with details, but we only get an automated email back. We just hope it gets passed to our CO. Slightly worried Cheryl
Guest gail.crease
Contacting COs changed recently. I used to be able to contact mine directly then suddenly he sent this email below: In order to improve our enquiry service from 11 December 2006 all email enquiries relating to applications will be handled by the ASPC Communications Unit. This means from this date you will need to submit your enquiry by completing and submitting an online enquiry form. You can access this form by going to http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/forms/gsm/post.htm. Please note it is not possible to attach documents to this form. If you are submitting scanned documents for attachment to your file, these must be e-mailed to: aspc.region.1@immi.gov.au Upon receipt of your documents you will receive a confirmation of document receipt. If you are emailing documents please DO NOT send originals by post as this is unnecessary unless you have been specifically requested to do so. Guest ANDY101
Hi Cheryl We too were unable to meet our meds deadline because of a 2 week holiday right in the middle of the month they allow! However, we were granted an extension of 4 weeks. We know the i.d. of our CO, but we have never received any direct correspondence from him. It all seems to be impersonal. Have you sent police clearances yet? A word of warning: they asked me to scan them and send them to 'docattach@immi.gov.au' - but this failed several times. I ended up sending the scans to the general aspc address. If you're not getting responses at all, I guess the answer is to harass them more! Where are you going, and on what basis, by the way? Like you, we are in limbo! Best wishes Andy
Guest kazzy01
All throughout my application, I was in direct email contact with my case officer. Did you indicate on your application form that you wanted to be contacted by email?
