My test is on the 27th October and I need to reschedule for November, but when I try to reschedule online it just shows me October and says "no dates available". When I phone the number where you can theoretically reschedule, I get told it's not possible to reschedule over the phone and that if I can't reschedule online I will have to just miss this one and wait to get sent another one!
