djianb Posted March 22, 2022 Share Posted March 22, 2022 With the new announcement around the TSS 482 route to PR coming out on 18th March I have a question to ask. I was employed by company A on a 482 from sept 2019 - dec 2020. I left company A and joined company B in Jan 2021 until MAy 2021. I then rejoined company A in June 2021 and am stilL employed by them. It states in the new rules to meet the legislation that you need to have worked for your employer for 3 years prior to submitting nomination for PR, Is that 3 years combined service or 3 years continuous employment as there is a difference. any info would be good thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
