Current address when applying for a visa

So the scenario is...

You apply for a visa that may take a number of years to process...

During those years you move house a couple of times, so your initial address would be incorrect.

Will you be able to update DoHA with your new address? Would it be an issue?

From our service agreement:

Let us know about any changes to your circumstances that might affect your application, for examples, a change of civil status, a change in your family composition, or a change of employment. Let us know if you are issued with a new passport.  You must let us know promptly if you change your address or other contact details, we MUST let the Department of Home Affairs know if applicants change their residential address for fourteen consecutive days or longer during the processing of a visa application. The requirement to notify us about changes to contact details and other particulars applies to all visa applicants and sponsors. If adverse consequences follow because we, or other parties, are unable to contact you we will accept no liability for these consequences.
