aussie++ Posted July 25, 2021 Share Posted July 25, 2021 Greetings, Our family was granted PR visa 190. Could you please clarify responsibilities of a state-nominated visa holder? Apart from the one that goes along the lines of "live in the state that has sponsored you for >2 years". Are there institutions / web-portals / systems where visa holder(s) need to maintain their updated details? Is it obligatory to register at Skilled & Business Migration website if you are already in the state which nominated you, employed and do not require access to support services and programs they offer? The email sent by Skilled & Business Migration says it is required for a visa holder to logon and create an account, keep information up to date, view and access services they provide.
