psuwara
Any companies people are aware of that can handle the entire process? Our two Abyssinians are currently with friends as we plan to move to Melbourne. Any advice would be most appreciated. We tried the process ourselves, but two months in and we didn't get anywhere with being able to get blood samples to the right place. PLEASE HELP! Marisawright
As you know, most people on this forum are from the UK and they have nearly all used professional pet shippers in that country. If there are no professional shippers in Russia, then you will need to DIY the whole process, starting with contacting the airline in Russia. The big hurdle will be getting the cat imported: https://www.abf.gov.au/importing-exporting-and-manufacturing/importing/how-to-import/types-of-imports/importing-animals Edited July 22, 2021 by Marisawright
Marisawright
Update: it looks as though you can't import your cats direct from Russia because it's a non-approved country.
