tonks Posted March 13, 2021 Share Posted March 13, 2021 Hi, I'm just looking through the forms we need to fill out and some of the information on the character forms (Form 80 and 1221) are very repetitive. Do we need to fill out both? Also, do I need a police check even though I'm not the main applicant (190 visa) - just I don't want to pay for something I don't need!! Thanks! You don't have to, but from experience, you will most definitely be asked for at least form 80, it not both during the processing of your application. This may add processing time to your application, whilst you (then) start to look for information to fill these forms.
