I have a Bridging Visa E which allows me to work . It has a condition 8207 attached which means No Study/Training. Does this apply to work based training? Its impossible to avoid any job training if I have a job.

I have not really researched it - I Googled - but I assume it means that if you are a former student you cannot study and I doubt that would include in house training courses.

It means no formal courses.   If you are receiving instruction in the workplace on how to do your job, that is no problem.
