YuryGagarin
Hi there, I have just got my ACS results and trying to figure out how I should reflect unpaid leaves in SkillSelect. The following employment after 28 November 2012 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to ANZSCO Code 261312 (Developer Programmer). Dates: 11/10 - 05/15 - 4 year(s) 5 month(s) Employer: A Dates: 06/15 - 10/16 - 1 year(s) 5 month(s) Employer: B Dates: 10/16 - 04/18 - 1 year(s) 6 month(s) Employer: C Dates: 04/18 - 04/20 - 1 year(s) 11 month(s) Employer: D Dates: 04/20 - 06/20 - 0 year(s) 3 month(s) Employer: E Last employer is my current one This is 7 years 9 months in total. I had approximatly 3 months of unpaid holidays during my 3 years contract jobs (Employers C and D). It was 3 weekly and 2 monthly breaks. This is not mentioned in ACS letter. I was wandering, do I need to add it in EOI? Thank you
mt9754
If you are worried I would seek professional advice. I filled in the EOI to match my ACS letter. In my situation I was comfortable that the differences on my ACS letter were sensible simplifications of the evidence I had submitted and were not a mistake.
wrussell
Do not claim work experiemce that you are not entitled to claim. Even if this is not dsclosed in the documents to lodge, it could be data matched, or you might be selected for a 'random integrity check'.
