Moi Posted July 22, 2020 Share Posted July 22, 2020 Hi my partner is going threw his 2nd Subclass 461 visa and I was required to fill out Form 80 (I am a permanent resident of Australia) I received my Police clearance for Australia and I have a conviction d/d from 9 years ago what I’m saying I tick that I didn’t have any convictions in sectionK, how do I go about correcting this? Arh this was my sisters mistake she has been trying to help me on ways to fix this, I’m eligible for subclass 444 and not a eligible NZ citizen over all I’m going to email DIBP of my mistake he has not been assigned a CO yet as he only submitted his application last week, but really won’t to get this cleared up sooner than later Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
