I can apply 1 May but my Australian partner have a job offer to start February/March overseas and I would like to go with him and then apply but I do wondering if it will be a NO just because I'm overseas. We have his family here, two homes we own and I got my own limited company which I will continue to have from overseas as I work online. I do voluntary work here as well. We do plan to live here again in a couple of years and will be here for a month or every year. I got PR with skilled migration and I have been with my partner for almost 12 years. I do know a couple of months apart will be okay if needed. But if we can avoid it, I would prefer that. I look forward to hearing back from you. Many thanks.
