Just wanted to ask if it's possible to contact Immigration to find out if our Partner Visa application has been assigned a case officer yet? (London) It really is very frustrating not knowing and the application status still says 'received'. DOL: 23/5/2019. Does anyone have contact details please? Many thanks. (London) You can call the help line, but they won’t tell you anything other than the application has been received and they will look at it in due course and that you are well within the quoted processing times.
