Hello, I am living in regional QLD with 489 visa, and I am thinking for buying property in regional QLD, is that possible or not? And also if possible how much will cost extra than Australian permanent residents, if there any hidden cost ? Please advise me , it will be really appreciate thank you

You can buy a property to live in, but you'll have to apply to the FIRB for permission and the fee is a few thousand dollars.   Then you will pay extra stamp duty on the purchase.  

For example, say you buy a place for $350,000.    A permanent resident would pay about $4,000 in stamp duty.  You'll pay about $28,000.

If we buying only land and building house then how it’s work to save stamp duty?

You only pay stamp duty on the land purchase, not the build. So yes you can save money up front.  Although building from scratch can mean extra costs later like landscaping, fencing, interiors etc.

Yes but not when buying an existing property with fencing and gardens already done. You need to factor in as part of a project.
