mes
Have this level of English language You must have at least Competent English. You are exempt from this requirement if you have completed at least 5 years of full-time study in a secondary or higher education institution where all tuition was delivered in English. source: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/employer-nomination-scheme-186/temporary-residence-transition-stream#Eligibility
jbh
You should double check your writing, if you write like that to an immigration officer they probably won’t believe you.

flash
Don't you need to have completed at least 5 years of full-time study in a secondary or higher education institution? A VET Diploma qualification is neither secondary nor higher education.
