Calling them will not speed up the process. If you applied under the direct entry pathway, the published processing time is 21 to 23 months, so you may still have a while to wait. Jnoy Posted July 6, 2019 Share Posted July 6, 2019 Hi Guys, Does any one know if a person who has filed a Federal Circuit Appeal waiting for an outcome, but now looking at filing an RSMS visa meanwhile, is the person required to exit Australia to file the RSMS? And if yes, will the person and dependants be getting a bridging visa to return Australia immediately after filing the RSMS?
