Hi Guys, Does any one know if a person who has filed a Federal Circuit Appeal waiting for an outcome, but now looking at filing an RSMS visa meanwhile, is the person required to exit Australia to file the RSMS? And if yes, will the person and dependants be getting a bridging visa to return Australia immediately after filing the RSMS? Thanks in advance
