Can I just ask who you plan to ask to act as your professional referee? I really don't want to ask my current line manager as I don't want to tell her my plans just yet. Hope this helps I’m sure I’ve read that you can ask a senior nurse to do your reference so you could ask charge nurse/sister to do a reference if your a band 5.
