Everything went well, we agreed to apply but now it's been close to 1 year but my employer hasn't finished their documents and my agent can't lodge the application yet. Some large organisations will take longer as the documents required are more extensive. Anywhere from 1 to 3 months is not unusual, with some companies taking longer.
