There are two that include a direct entry stream: https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/visa-1/186- https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/visa-1/187- If you've worked for your employer for 2 years, you are probably eligible to apply under the transition stream though. The requirements for both visas are complex and long so best that you do some research yourself or speak with a migration agent for assistance.
