Barry1986
Hi, My wife and I have been in SA for nearly a year on a state sponsored visa. We are both struggling to settle in Adelaide and have opportunities in Perth ie long time family friends and feel that the support they would provide would help a great deal. We have no family in SA and have struggled to find like minded people. As we are on a 190 and relise the moral obligation to SA what is the real impact of breaking that obligation? Also do I need to notify SA immigration if we decide to move?Any help is much appreciated.Barry
VERYSTORMY
There is no legal requirement to stay in SA. Yes, do notify them if you leave. No legal need, but it assists the state. Do research jobs.
Guest
What VS said. It is still afaik I moral obligation, not a legal one. And agree with the job aspect re Perth. While its nice to be closer to family, if the work isn't there, it isn't going to help much.
Tulip1
Agree with others, Perth is struggling at the moment and jobs aren't easy to get.
