Don't just listen to their words. Ask for evidence. Ask them to send u copy of email and replies they got from immigration. U better off ask ur employer to send immi an email asking for the update on nomination. I caught my ma so many times lying to me dude. My MA asked me for my birth certificate, I do not have one from India. It is not possible to get one now. I have other option to get a birth certificate based on passport from Indian embassy in Australia. Shall I get that one or just ignore birth certificate. Ā Is BC necessary for visa applications?
