After filling all the information, there is no place to upload the checklist files , such as character requirements etc , only the page to pay the application fee. Any suggestions? Last visa: student visa. Then change to BVA Application was sent to Parramatta, NSW. Ā Information request: 04/04/2016 including: - Health check - Evidences of my duties and work in the company (as the position of partime office assistant at that time) - Company's financial statement from 09/2015 to 03/2016 Ā Boss got interview on 17/05 via phone.
