I applied for RSMS both visa and nom on 21st April 2015 as sales and marketing manager. the nomination approved on 21st september 2015. Mine took a longer time compare to others because my partner who applied with me had a problem so they were holding the visa. Anyway, i really hope everyone to have a good result. best wishes.
