Are CO looking for the date of visa lodgement or nomination lodgement? Thanks in advance Usually Nomination date . if already nomination approved then it will be visa date . Nomination and visa r processed according to applied dates . If both r applied on same date there is chance of processing both at a time . U r visa applied on Oct so u have to wait for couple of months . if nomination and visa applied on same dates they will be processed same time .but in u r case there is long gap between nomination and visa . so u r visa will be processed once immigration people start processing Oct files. They would be closed on the public holidays (Dec. 25, Dec. 28 and Jan. 1), and it's likely many employees will take some annual leave.
