stevej Posted September 30, 2017 Share Posted September 30, 2017 Hi there, we have finally submitted our EOI and now moving to the next stage of trying to get all the required documents ready, scanned in etc to submit when the invite comes. I have searched the forums and there are a few good bits about what is needed but can anyone point me to a good list I may not have found. I have made my own list with things like passports, birth certificates, marriage certificates, pay slips, p60's, contracts, skills assessment, qualifications, form 80, form 1221, statement of service, professional referances, ahphra registration, NMC registration, IELTS, etc what sort of evidence is normally required for proof of relationship etc other then marriage certificate? regards steve Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
