Guest nastasia
We are 2 adults and a child who need to go from sydney airport to Kings cross station. Which mode of transport is cheaper? Train or taxi or uber or grab?
Toots
A taxi for the 3 of you would be cheaper than getting a train. The ticket to or from an Airport station comprises a Gate Pass and a rail component. The Adult Gate Pass is $13.80. The Child Gate Pass is $12.40. These amounts are added to a rail ticket. As a more general indication, travelling between either Sydney Domestic Airport or Sydney International Airport Station and any of the City Stations, or Kings Cross, a single one way ticket is: Adult Child Gate Pass $13.80 $12.40 Rail Component $4.20 $2.10 Total $18.00 $14.
Guest The Pom Queen
I would say Uber, see if they have any discounts on or if you can sign up a new account and get the discount.
