Nila
Hiii We are PR visa holders and already visited Aussie to validate our visas and came back to our country Our second child, who is 2 and 9 months old was born after our first entry to Aussie. We are planning to move permanently by September 2018(before completing 5 years ) Now we are going to apply visa for her under child visa 101. Suppose if she gets her first entry before September 2018, Can she be requested to travel with us at once in September 2018 ? We are desperately looking for information in this regards. Plsssss Help me out TIA
MaggieMay24
When her 101 visa is granted, it will have an Initial Entry Date and she'd need to enter Australia on or before that date. If it's before Sept. 2018, you'd need to arrange a separate trip with her or else move your plans forward.

Hii Maggie, Thank you soo much for your quick reply How will DIBP calculate first entry date? Is it from the date of last document submission ( medical or police report) ?
