LouDYorkie Posted July 10, 2017 Share Posted July 10, 2017 Hi PiOZ folk going for our health checks this week in Maidenhead any idea of what it entails thanks Brian Sent using Poms in Oz mobile appIt might differ depending on the visa or pre-existing conditions, I'm not sure.For our 457 we didn't have a medical, for our PR, we had a chest X-ray, blood test for HIV, checked reflexes, prodded my stomach (female)-not sure what that was for, an eyesight check (with and without my glasses), a blood pressure check and a 'chat'. Sonya Posted July 10, 2017 Share Posted July 10, 2017 Hi, I had to have a medical for my 457 visa but only because I have epilepsy. It included a chest x ray, blood test for aids, TB check and a gp examination (pushing, pulling and prodding various bits). I had to supply a letter from my gp regarding my epilepsy.
