Raul Senise Posted April 3, 2017 Share Posted April 3, 2017 Depending on the pathway (TRT or Direct Entry) the current published processing times for this type of visa are between 8 to 12 months. As such, the application is still within the normal times. As per chance of success, it will depend on the application itself and whether it meets all the requirements. It's the direct entry We had the RCB approved in just one wk as there is lot of labour problem in this area we have submitted our application after we had the RCB approval also submitted every thing as suggested by our MA still the application is s very slow Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
